I agree that focus is important. My role in the iLab has evolved to where I'm not directly involved in project development. This has let me take on an outsider role. My first comment or question when I look at a project is, "Okay, so, that's a great list of half a dozen things... which one is the most important?"

It's rare that anyone cannot pick a single most important thing to focus on, and it usually sparks a great why/why/why discussion.

I would like to share a women's history learning opportunity.

Thanks to the suffragettes, women have voices and choices.

But most people are totally in the dark about HOW the suffragettes won.

Now readers can discover the shocking truth of how the suffragettes did it, and it's as easy as opening their e-mail.

"The Privilege of Voting" is a new e-mail series that follows eight great women from 1912 - 1920 to reveal ALL that happened to set the stage for women to win the vote.

Two beautiful and extremely powerful suffragettes -- Alice Paul and Emmeline Pankhurst are featured, along with Edith Wharton, Isadora Duncan, Alice Roosevelt and two gorgeous presidential mistresses.

There are tons of heartache for our heroines on the rocky road to the ballot box - but in the end - they WIN!

Presented in a unique sequential e-mail series -- each inspiring episode is about 10 minutes -- perfect to enjoy during coffeebreaks, or anytime.

On a much much much smaller scale I find the same is true... (market softness included). I currently have fewer clients but have been much happier because I can hyper focus on them and consistently deliver excellence. It feels AWESOME. Client calls go really well...

I'm making less money though, but much happier. I'm lucky that my only share holder is me. Well, and my wife. And 2 kittehs ;)

Quick side note, here's my new quiz app used to promote my tshirts: Quiz: What Super Berry Bun Bun Are You? Fun stuff, eh? I'll be experimenting with SpreadShirt + quizzes down the road and will let you know what happens.

Good luck - I look forward to reading about your rebound.
Best,
G
