					<description>I think that Dave's statement, "The trick in each cycle is to fight complexity", is something to &lt;b&gt;always&lt;/b&gt; adhere to. As you know, I've been fighting complexity for a long time now.

I'm continually surprised by other people who, upon seeing a simple solution, are delighted and are themselves surprised.

Complex solutions are often a result of a lack of critical thinking. Features and requirements and fluff are added, without anyone knowing why.
